Keep the intake of carbohydrates, fats and sweet foods low. Eat plenty of protein and fiber. Don’t forget your vitamins and minerals and drink lots and lots of water!
Pared with your daily running exercise of forty minutes, (okay, fast walking works as well, but without stop and really fast walking-no window-shopping is allowed!). You will see your love handles begin to disappear.
