By totally switching gears from the norm, you should eat before you go to bed, giving your body something to work on while you sleep.

What Is The Sleep Diet?

The general idea is that the body needs energy and nutrients even if you do nothing at all. There is a basic calorie usage which happens no matter if you work out or not.

With the sleep diet, the idea is to increase that calorie number that is being spent by your body by doing certain things which require additional calories to be burned by digestion.

The Idea Behind The Sleep Diet Is:

eat stuff that is harder to digest and drink cold liquids which need to be warmed up–do this before going to sleep and BAM you are losing weight.

If you are on a normal diet and you are having five meals a day, whereby the last meal is in the evening, it does not hurt to employ the tactics and eat harder to digest stuff in the evening and drink ice cold water. And there you have it, sleep exercise.
