<description>Wish people would know better about things before posting.

Ie. Many fruit have more calcium than other products, intestine does work better so you don&#039;t need supplements and there is no scientific evidence that we need the RDA volumes of nutrient....especially for raw eaters. This is well show by some &quot;old&quot; fruitarians (been on such diet for over 12yrs). Moreover, meat, grains etc. are very acidic so those who eat them will need more calcium than those who don&#039;t.
Plus, if you were to eat nothing but 20 oranges in one day you would have anyhow met the RDA.

After the initial detox phase fruitarians do not suffer from cravings and there is still to be found a fat fruitarian.

All fruitarians I&#039;ve met have no B12-deficiency symptoms...even after decades on being on such diet....even when the B12 levels tested are low. Funny that most cases of low B12 levels with associated symptoms are found among meatarian/omnivores especially elderly.

We must remember that the normal RDA suggestion are not even tested on vegans (to compare)....forget low-fat-raw vegans or fruitarians.

Thank you,
