		<description>I like you blog.  The only thing I would add is something this great set of abs, I mean nice man, at the gym told me.  He suggested I do a set of abs between each set of weights.  It makes for a lot of ab work but it definitely works and is a lot easier than doing hundreds of situps in a row.</description>
