A Healthy Detox is a Successful Detox
Detox diets are nutritional plans which are devised to help detoxify the body of ingested or inhaled toxins.
One of the best ways to find out which elements are toxic for your body is to do a food tolerance and allergy test. Eliminating these from your diet will do basically what a long term detox diet would do, or what a vegan diet is supposed to do.
If you are looking for a short term detox diet, then there are plenty to choose from. Cleansing your body should not be done without a prior doctor’s visit. A healthy detox is pretty restrictive and nutritional deficiencies are bad consequences. Your medical professional should make sure that the diet does not introduce harmful side effects.
How To Detox
Detoxing the body can be done with a lemonade diet, with the lemon diet, with a fruit diet, with a fruits and vegetables diet, depending on the degree of detox, the duration and the desired effect. Any liquid diet can be viewed as a detox diet, as long as the liquid is no soft drink and no alcoholic beverage or similar. Fruit juices can be used, or vegetable juices, to detox the body, whereby all the aforementioned diets should not last beyond five days without thorough medical supervision
