Have You Ever Heard of a “Coffee Diet”? 
What You don’t Do On the Coffee Diet:
1. chomp on coffee beans the whole day
2. a liquid diet featuring only coffee
The idea is to drink black coffee whenever you feel like snacking. This starts with your breakfast. Delaying or removing breakfast is your goal. Black coffee is known to remove hunger instantly, hence you drink your coffee instead of eat a breakfast.
Does the Coffee Diet Work?
To some extent it works, if you are not a coffee drinker your chances are better. The coffee caffeine is supposed to increase your metabolism and thereby make your body burn more calories. You are also supposed to drink plenty of coffee and eliminate most other nourishment. You are not supposed to keep an additional diet with this, although eating fatty and carbohydrate rich food with all kinds of toxins is not a good idea.
A moderate diet, with processed and fried food removed, without excess sugars is a good diet philosophy to have while drinking your coffee. Keep alcohol free while dieting, alcohol has many added calories, also, cut out soft drinks and their excess sugar. Pair this with drinking caffeine coffee at snack times and to replace a meal, exercise with your new found energy, and you will notice some weight loss with the coffee diet.
Coffee Benefits
It is proven that regular coffee intake reduces the possibility of breast cancer, dementia in old age, Alzheimer’s, cirrhosis of the liver and diabetes mellitus type 2. However, if you are having high blood pressure or any other kind of blood circulation issues, you are barred from doing this diet.
